With 450 marks in NEET and general quota, it is going to be very tough to get a government college. You should try for the private college but there also it is going to be a bit difficult unless you have an SC/ST quota. With these marks even OBC quota won't help. All the Best! Hope this helps!

Although 450 is a good score, you may not get a govt college as the cutoff for the unreserved category is 550.
If you are from a reserved category, there is a chance.
You should check the state merit list and apply for state quota counseling.
