You havent mentioned the State you belong to. As of now only AIQ counselling dates have been released. 450 is a less score for General Category. Neverthless, to attend NEET Counselling, you have to login and register at www.mcc.nic.in. This is for 15% All India Counselling. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And their website details will be officially announced by the respective State Authorities. The AIQ counselling is completely online. Once you register, you need to select the Medical Colleges you wish to apply for. For All India Counselling, choice filling will start by June 19th and the results will be announced by June 27th. Counselling for AIQ seats will be done in 3 rounds i.e. 1st round, 2nd rund and mop up round. For round 1, you need to register latest by June 24th, 5pm. Once choice filling is locked, you will be assigned a college in accordance with your rank. If you do not get a seat in Round 1, you will be automatically considered for Round 2. The entire process is also explained at mcc.nic.in

Hello aspirant,

Well according to last year's cutoff you have quite difficult chances in the first two rounds but you may get admission in the 3rd round.

Also possible that if you go straight to the mop up round very less no. Of seats might be left and you may have less chances. So I would suggest apply for the counseling process.

Also apply for both state quota and all India quota counselling as you may never know when and how the cutoff trends vary.

Thank you
