See on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any government medical colleges in West Bengal according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 510 for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL under state quota for OBC category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your marks should not be less than 530 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in West Bengal.

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 455 marks you hold low chance to get mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
In Neet 2019,the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for obc category under west Bengal state quota was 510 marks and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL
