Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 470 to get into a government medical college in gujrat if you belong to general category.
But you still have chances since your score is very close to the cutoff. And this cutoff is merely an estimate based on the last year's cutoff.
Also if you are from any other category you may have better chances of getting a government seat.

Considering the cutoff released in 2018 for general category, the lowest score was 473 in Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar under the state quota list. If the cutoffs decline this year, you may have a chance else it's negligible. You'll have to try out in private colleges under government seats quota.
