Under AIQ it's much difficult since AIQ cutoffs in Kerala is almost around 550+ each year and this year its even expected higher since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively, so the competition and cutoffs are sure to rise. Government Medical College, Yakkara, Palakkad had the least cutoff last year under 15% AIQ which was around 561 marks.

I guess Under EWS quota you can try in your own state itself isn't it? You may have a better chance under 85% sttemtnt quota.
