Last allotment in 2019 for ST category in Telangana was 432
Cutoff may increase by 20-30 marks
Buy still you have decent chance to get admission in government MBBS college.

Going by last year's cutoffs, with 460 marks in Neet it would be difficult to get a government Medical college but you have good chances of getting government quota seats in private Medical colleges such as
- Bhaskar Medical College
- C Ananda Rao Institute Of Medical Sciences
- Dr Patnam Mahendar Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences
- Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences
- Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences
