hey Sakshi,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were confused about their colleges.so my dear if you are thinking of ALQ with these marks than it would not be possible to secure a govt  seat however a private ALQ seat can be secured .Also you can try for state quota counselling ,you may have your chances over there.

With 462 marks and under general category , and also under AIQ ,you have negligible chances for government medical colleges in india as per the previous year NEET cutoffs.

You can only try for private medical colleges .
