You got 4368 rank in civil engg stream. You asked if you may get a seat in Kanpur govt polytechnic college or not.
Now, look, kanpur govt polytechnic is one of the top level polytechnic colleges in UP. Probably, it lies in top 5. One should be with less than around 5000 rank to get a seat in the government colleges. For this college, cut off rank will be around 3000.
