Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, a seat in GMCs either for MBS or BDS is difficult. You might get a seat in Management Quota under Direct admission after you have exhausted all options of Counselling. But GMCs are tad difficult. Even B.V.Sc is difficult. You might have a chance in Ayush courses of your State Counselling. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021. If you want to reappear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
Surely you can get a private college for BDS and even veterinary from a government college.
Or as another option you can take a drop and work harder for Next Time.
Else you should have to opt for Private College.
