If we see the 1st round allotment of Karnataka then the cutoff rank of Mysore medical college, Mysore under 2A category was

• Hyd-kar qouta- 40272 rank (government seat)
• Non hyd-kar - 48627 (2AR category) government seat.

You can compare your rank with the one's given above.

But with a score of 468 I don't think that you must have secured that much of rank.

You can try till the last round of counseling.
