There are very low chances for mbbs seat as per previous years records,but you can get Himachal Pradesh Government Dental College and Hospital, Shimla with dental seat. And you might get good private colleges with mbbs seat. To know more, visit here:

It is quite tough to say this because of hike in rank to marks ratio this year.
470 marks is a good score to grab a seat in EWS category. So you may get goverment college by the end of second round but again chances are very less this year.
You can definitely get private medical College.
