I have got 47000 in general quota and 3700 in OBC-B quota will i get any govt. College for engineering or pharmasy

as per your rank i dont so you are eligible for government colleges but you can try your best
here are some colleges i can prefer for you:
1.IMPS college of engineering kolkata
2.AIEMD aryabhatta of engineering and management durgapur
3 . NIT narula institute of technology kolkata

In the last year, closing rank of Engineering in government colleges was near 22k. So with this rabi you may not get any Government Engineering or Pharmacy College. You may go for private colleges since you've a great scope of getting private colleges via WBJEE counselling.
