You have not mentioned which state you want to choose. With a score of 475 in SC category, you have chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges under All India quota in the following states : Uttar Pradesh ,West Bengal,  Maharashtra, Assam and it is difficult to get a seat in AIQ in states like Tamilnadu.
