I have got 479 marks any chances for MBBS in gen category govt or semi govt college please give fees structure also

As you have not mentioned your Home State so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But although according to the marks and category you have mentioned in the question you have good chances of getting into some Private Colleges and Deemed Universities but pretty lower in Government Medical Colleges according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks for Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar (Private College) was 413 under Home State quota for General category.
