Based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is quite good as the expected cut off marks for OBC candidate applying under 85% state quota seats will be above 480 marks.i hope this information helps you.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018 , and the previous year cutoff chances are less for admission in government medical college under all india quota and state level quota.You may have chances in government college under state quota.
