You have scored a mark of 489 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges you have probability of getting admission into these colleges under 85% state quota or 15% All India quota. However you have not mentioned your Homestate and category details. Kindly share all the details so that we can help you for the same. Hope this helps.

I assume you belong to general category.

As you have mot mentioned your state it is quite difficult to predict exactly,however, generally with UR category and 489 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.

As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
