i have got 490 marks in NEET 2020. i belong to uttarakhand but i want to take admission in private college of other state. is there any college whose management quota fee is less than 6 lakhs where I can get admission

You can get management quota seat under 85% State Quota in states of Karnataka, Telangana and West Bengal. But the fees is not less than 6 lakhs. The minimum starting fees in Karnataka is 7-8 lakhs per year. And in Telangana, the minimum fees for management quota for outside state quota is 11.5 lakhs while in West Bengal it is 11-13 lakhs.
Now, this data is according to previous year, The fees for this year has not been released yet. It will probably release after NEET result. You need to check on the official counselling sites of these states.
Further, you can get a management quota seat in deemed universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.
