You have mentioned that you have got 492 marks in neet and belong to bc catergory , with you mark the predicted neet rank is in between the range 106779 to 138929 . As you are from Tamilnadu and have a reservation there is chance that you could a seat in medical college in tamilnadu as the expected cut off will be decrease as compared to previous year 2020
