I have got 49.85 percent in 12th board Where I am eligible for Neet ?

Hey.

To be eligible to take admissiom through NEET you need to pass class 12th exam from a recognised board and you also need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in PCB subjects together.

If you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category you require a minimum aggregate of 40% aggregate in PCB and 45% aggregate if you belong to the Physically Handicapped quota.

As your aggregate in PCB is 49.85 which is less than 50%

So you don't seem to be eligible if you belong to general category. If you belong to SC/ST/OBC or PH you are eligible.
