Hey , seeing this year's cutoff which went very high, with this score it will be very hard for you to get a goverment seat in mbbs ,you must have scored 550 above this year to secure a decent goverment seat.whereas, You can obviously try for BDS ,your rank is good enough to get a good BDS goverment college for sure.

You have a good score in NEET 2019. As you belong to the OBC category you have good chances of getting a government college. So do try at the government college. You will definitely get MBBS in a good government college. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
