According to the last year analysis I think that you have fair chances to get a seat in West. Bengal .The last neet score to get a mbbs seat in state was 479 and even though the merit this year is comparatively high it still can give you a seat ,sooti can be optimistic.
Also I would suggest you to wit for your state ranking because rank not marks determine the seat that you get. As number of aspirant can vary each year.
