For IP university, you need to specify IP entrance exam ranks and JEE rank won't fetch you any IP university college. You are eligible for USICT, but your rank may not be considered for admission. Keep visiting the official websites for complete details and don't forget to use Career360 college predictor for complete lists of colleges you can apply for.

Your JEE Mains rank is good in order to get admission in IPU USIT College but this is the first time that admissions to IPU will be done on the basis of JEE Mains rank so it can't be confirmed. But yes I think with this rank you should be able to get admission in USIT College with CS or IT branch this year. You should wait for the counseling procedure and then select accordingly.
