i have got 50percent marks in bsc 1st year but in 2nd year i have got 70percent then iam eligibel for nimcet

So, the eligibility criteria for NIMCET is a graduate degree with 60% AGGREGATE for General Category students and 55% for ST or SC students, which means right now you are eligible for NIMCET, but you'll need to score above or equal to 70% in third year. So, that you are eligible for NIMCET. Right now, your aggregate score is 60%.

The criteria for applying to nimcet is
Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales
(55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST) in
If a person have not completed the graduation and in the final year then he can apply for exam buf at the time of admission he has to give proof of the minimum marks required that is avarage 60% of all three years for general and average55 % for sc/st.
As you are in final year you can apply to nimcet exam. If you score good in final year you can get average percentage above 60% so that you become eligible for admission.
