as you have mentioned that you have secured 38843 rank in neet2019 and you are from unreserved category.

although it is difficult to predict cutoff for colleges as it depends on various factors.

but looking at the ff of past few years I can say that, t will be difficult for you to get a seat in Kolkata.

Hello,

Last year the closing rank under state quota for MBBS was 29949.

So your chances are very less.

There may be slight variation in clsoing ranks based on the seats and no of applicants.
