I have got 520 marks in neet exam. can i get a government seat in mbbs?

Last year the cut off for 15% All India Quota seats was a rank of 12611. So based on this it is difficult for you to get a seat through All India Quota. You can get a management quota seat in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.
The cut off rank for 85% State Quota medical seats in Punjab was 15351. So based on this it is difficult for you to get government seat through state quota as well.

520 marks is a good score but this year cut off goes high as Neet topper has got 100% result.
It is difficult to get seat mbbs seat in government college, but you may try in state counselling of Punjab .

Hence you have chances in state quota seats.
