Seat under all india quota will depend on your rank which can not be predicted as such and as there are only 15% seats under AIQ you might get a seat but your choice of seat again matters you might not get a seat of your choice

With 521 marks ,yes off course you scored good,
If you belong to general category,then it will be little bit difficult to get gov. Seat seat through all India quota .
But you will definitely get a good gov. College through state quota .
It will a depend on this rank .
So till then please wait. & Donot worry ,you will definitely score good rank ..
