As per my knowledge, Index Medical College, Indore has only State Quota Seats and no All India Quota Seats. As you are from Jharkhand, irrespective of your marks in NEET UG 2021, you won't be able to get admission in Index Medical College.
However, there are many other Deemed Medical Universities in India, where you can get admission with your marks via All India Counselling. To predict what all MBBS Colleges (including Private) you can get with your NEET UG Rank, you may use NEET UG College Predictor Tool - https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
