There are total 120 seats in BVP Pune for BA LLB. Since, your rank is 361 you don't seem to have a chance but if a lot of students don't opt for the college and go for other colleges then the merit might come down to your rank but it's quite difficult. If your rank was around 210-220 then you still had a chance.
