i have got 533 marks and Ews rank 7547 all india Rank 60712 Can i get admission in government veterinary College in all india quota counselling .I belong from bihar state.

As you may be knowing there is only one veterinary College in bihar i.e, Bihar veterinary College Patna which have total number 60 seats. So cut off for veterinary also go very high in bihar. Last year cutoff for EWS in mopup round for BVC,patna was AIR 75371 ( 461 MARKS). as you have 60k rank so you have pretty decent chance that you will get BVC,patna very easily.
Note all these are predication comparing last year and cut off is bound to change every year depending on many factors.
