Hey !

The eligibility criteria in terms of qualification for NEET is that the student must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% (40% in case of reserved categories and 45% in case if UR-PH)aggregate in physics ,chemistry and biology. And since ,your PCB  aggregate is 140/3=46.667 which is less than 50. So , you are not eligible for NEET exam unless you belong to any reserved category.
