As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc..considering you from gen category,the last year cutoff for civil engineering in IIT bombay was score 600 for structual engineering where as for other streams like transporation systems it is 550,geotechnical engineering it is 550 ,water resources engineering 500,ocean engineering 500.all other IITS has cutoff more than 580.so you will have less chances to fetch seat in iits according to the cutoffs.but you have chances to fetch seat in nits like nit srinagar,nit bhopal etc note that as each year cutoff changes so are your chances into colleges.for more information refer to: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff
