Hello,
Your overall percentage in board is quite good and for engineering you need 50% in boards. But in pcm your percentage is quite low which lead down your chance to get admission still you have a chance for private colleges where accordingly to the eligibility criteria you can check yourself. Some private colleges need 40% percentage in pcm so you can apply there.
