First of all congratulations on scoring such great marks .Now coming to your question You have fair chances of getting a seat under state quota as last year least marks to secure seat from OBC category under state quota was 519 marks in government medical College ,Bettiah . Remember that cutoff varies every year on the basis of number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the question paper, students scoring more than you and category to which you belong.
