You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 553 you can get government colleges in West Bengal, if not in Kolkata itself when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 563 secured a seat in Kolkata medical college and a score of 479 secured a seat in Maldah medical college, Maldah, in the general category under the state quota. But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
