I have got 554 marks in neet ug 2019 .my AIQ rank is 26000 and caste quota rank is 10000 in obc. Can i get any government medical College?

Congratulations on your score! With a score of 554, you have a somewhat good chance of getting a government seat in Govt. Medical colleges which accepts scores of 500+. Try applying to colleges with 85% State Quota.

i got 363 marks and belongs to state himachal pradesh can i have any chance of getting colleges this time ?

Can you please tell me which colleges i can apply . I belong from Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. It will be very helpful as i have no knowledge of counselling process.
