I have got 5541 rank in ap EAMCET 2020 and I belong to BCD category caste, can I get a seat in Andhra University College of engineering ,Visakhapatnam or Gayatri vidya parishad college of engineering ,Visakhapatnam in mechanical engineering branch in first round of councelling????
