560 is quite a good score in Neet. You know the cutoffs change every year so it is quite unpredictable. Now if we go through the cutoffs of previous year, then you can expect a government seat in BDS in your state. Based on laat year's cutoffs, you have chances of getting govt seat in Darshan Dental College and Hospital, Mahatma Gandhi Dental College and Hospital, NIMS Dental College, Rajasthan Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur Dental College etc and Govt. Dental College & Hospital(RUHS), Jaipur had the cutoff score of 562 last year for BDS. Now if these year the cutoff decreases, you have a great chance there. You can check the link for the cutoffs of all colleges http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan
Through all India quota, you can expect many colleges such as Govt Dental College RIMS Kadapa, Government Dental College Raipur, Government Dental College and Research Institute Bellary, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Dental Sciences Imphal etc. But keep this in mind that these are based on previous year data and this year it might change. Hi , you haven't mentioned your category nevertheless last year least marks to secure a seat in government dental College and hospital jaipur under state quota was
General-562
Sc- 445
St-437
Obc- 564  so According to that you have fair chances if you belong to sc and st category . Talking of all india chances are low as cutoff for all india goes higher than state quota.
Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
