i have got 5640 rank in obc in jee advance can i get seat in iit

Dear Ayush,
Based on your rank in JEE Advanced, the chance of getting top IITs is very less. Do try with other private Institutes that accept JEE Advanced Score or apply for IISER.

No, you won't get any seat in IIT. For OBC you need atleast 3000 rank to get engineering courses.
But you can try for many other colleges using JEE main ranks.
