I have got 573 score in neet & AIR 15290 ,Gen category from Haryana . Can I get any cllg under AIQ in any state ??

Yes you must try in states like MP, CHHATTISGARH, BIHAR, KARNATAKA, etc. The AIQ cutoff for colleges in these states generally stays aroun 550-570 and these colleges are not bad.
