With 579 marks you might get govt college in bihar assuming that you belong to general category. As oer previous year the cut off range of bihar for general candidate under state quota was 552-533 marks. If you belong to reserved category then also yiu can get seat in bihar as reserved category cut off is lower than general category. Here is a link which has list of all the colleges of bihar and their previous year cut off

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
