I have got 59 percentile in sc category will i gwt free seat in nit colleges

See with such percentile you have almost no chances to get any of the colleges through JOSAA counselling so NITs are tad difficult but you can get some other colleges on the basis of your JEE-Main score.
As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,

Now on such rank and category you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank :-
- United Group of Institutions - UGI Allahabad
- Chameli Devi Group of Institutions, Indore
- ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida
- Jai Narain college of Technology (JNCT), Bhopal
