Dear applicant with 59 to around 60 percentile marks in MHT CET it is difficult for you to get goverment Pharmacy Colleges whereas chances of getting private college still exists. With your Minority Quota you may get a preference, you can try for colleges like

1. Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute

2. Dr. D.Y.Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences

3. Bombay College of Pharmacy ( a bit difficult)

Hope it helps!!

Good luck!!
