See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks and category you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Private Colleges and Deemed Universities as well as in Government Medical Colleges under Home State quota according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

But if you want CMC Vellore then you have to go for 15% All India Quota seats because this college is located in state other than your domicile but unfortunately CMC Vellore does not take part for All India Quota Counselling.
