It is okay regarding your 12 th percentage.you are qualified to do graduation degree.Take the JEE mains exam and score good percentile then you will get good IIT's or NIT's.If you can do your graduation in good IIT like IIT Madras you will have more benefits and will be placed in a good job after your graduation.
If you can't JEE exam then appear for any state level engineering entrance exam and score good marks. According to that join in that particular state engineering college.If you can tell me the state in which you want tk pursue your graduation,then I will let you know the Best colleges in that state.
