I have got 603 marks in NEET 2020 and i belong to EBC category in bihar state. Can i expect to get admission in IGIMS, NMCH OR DMCH. Pls. guide me.

If we consider the previous year cutoffs for these colleges , then you need a minimum score of 550 to get a seat in any of these colleges. As you must have been aware of the fact that a high cut off is expected this year. Since, you have scored 603, you have a fair chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College of Bihar through 85% State Quota Counselling.
Listed below are the last year's cut off of your preferred colleges under EBC reservation:
1. IGIMS, Patna - 593
2. DMCH, Darbhanga - 605
3. NMCH, Patna - 596
It seems that you would not have a good chance in these colleges. But you can opt for VIMS, Pawapuri and GMC, Bettiah , as their last year's cut offs were 577 and 576 respectively for EBC category.

Anyways, it totally depends on you. If you don't get your desired college then go ahead with the next round. I would suggest you to wait for the seat allotment of round 1, you will get an idea by it.
