I have got 62% in 12 bihar board 2017 result. Is it sufficient for qualifying board cutoff or in top 20 percentile?

Top 20 percentile for bihar board 2017 for general category is 313.
To be eligible for NITs/IITs/IIITs and GFTIs you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. For SC/ST you should have 65% marks.

For OBC category top percentile score is 307.
