I have got 63 percentile in MHTCET and i am belong to OBC category.Can i get government college in filed of B Pharmacy.Plzzz suggest me a best college for B pharmacy?

As you have mentioned that you have secured 63 percentile in MHTCET and taking into consideration that you belong to obc category so let me tell you it's very difficult to get a government seat because the cut off are way higher.
