i have got 64 percent in boatds iam sc category so can i get admission into iit

The minimum eligibility criteria for the IITs state that the candidate should have passed with atleast 75% aggregate in their 10+2 level, having Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology as their compulsory subjects. For SC category, the minimum criteria is 65% aggregate. Since you have not scored the minimum criteria, you are not eligible for the IITs. There are many reputed colleges apart from these as well. So you don't need to worry.

To be eligible for IITs one needs at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST .
Now,
You have 64% in your 12th board examination and thus you are not eligible for admission in IITs as being from SC category to be eligible for taking admission in IIT you should have got at least 65% in your 12th board examination.
