With a Percentile Score of 64 in JEE Main 2021, your CRL Rank will be anywhere between 350-400k, and a Corresponding ST Category Rank anywhere between 6-7k. You may follow the link below for more information and Rank Prediction
With this ST Rank of 6-7k, you have bleak chances in securing a seat at one of the NITs, IIITs or Top GFTIs. Of course you may have chances in securing a seat at some of the NITs like Hazratbal or Agartala besides your Respective Home State NIT or at some of the GFTIs, however you must try to secure anywhere around 70-75 Percentile atleast in the subsequent JEE Main sessions for better prospects during Counselling.
