I have got 64 percentile in jee main and i belong to SC category. My crl rank is 346704 and Category rank is 24692 please can you suggest me which top colleges can i get.

Hello Aspirant! With this rank, you may not be able to get any NIT/IIIT. If you try in the CSAB round, you may get NIT Kurukshetra or MIzoram if you're from home state otherwise not possible. Getting GFTI's is also difficult. You may get private colleges such as:
Chandigarh University
Brainway University
Graphic Era
UPES, Dehradun
SRM University
MIT Manipal
and other private colleges with management quota.
